Joining The Programme:


If you’re a UK Williams Medical Primary Care customer, yes! Some customer groups (such as wholesale, dental, corporate and Williams Ireland) however, are excluded.



If you already have a Williams Medical account and are an eligible customer, you will already be enrolled into the scheme - simply log-in and visit My Account to get started. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create an account and place two orders to start your Williams Plus+ journey. We’re happy to help with any account set-up queries!.



You can keep track of your Plus Points and progress in your Williams wallet. Log-in to your account regularly to keep track of your progress!.



Shop, save, and spend! Williams Plus+ allows you to get even more from your shopping experience at Williams Medical. You’ll collect Plus Points for every £1 you spend, keep track of them in your Williams wallet, and then choose to redeem them on a range of vouchers, products or services when you’ve collected enough. Best of all, it doesn’t cost anything to participate!.



No! You’ll start accumulating Plus Points on purchases from 1 November 2024, just remember to log in regularly to check your progress and enjoy special rewards!


Redeeming Plus Points:


Once a transaction is completed, any Plus Points earned will remain pending for a short period (28 days). Providing no refunds have been completed during this period, your Plus Points will then be accumulated in your ‘Williams wallet’.



Once you’ve saved enough Plus Points, you’ll be presented with some redemption options – this will include Williams Medical vouchers, and some products or services. Log-in to your account regularly to keep track of your progress!



Yes, Williams Medical may from time to time restrict the products for which Plus Points may be redeemable. Plus Points are not redeemable against pharmaceutical products.



Once activated, your Voucher will be valid for 6 months. It’s worth noting that only one voucher can be used per order, and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Order totals must exceed the voucher value during voucher redemption (i.e. you’ll need to spend a minimum of £25.01 when redeeming a £25 voucher). Vouchers will expire if not used during this period.



Unfortunately, Plus Points are not transferable between customer accounts. We are also unable to combine Plus Points accumulated from separate accounts.


Accumulating Plus Points:


You’ll receive 1 Plus Point for every £1 you spend on a qualifying purchase at Williams Medical. The more you spend, the more you’ll earn!



Yes, there are lots of other ways to earn additional Plus Points. These include promotions where additional Plus Points may be available on certain products or brands, incentives, or simply some gifts from Williams Medical! You can keep up to date by visiting your account regularly.



Yes - Eligible customers can earn Plus Points by ordering online or via phone. You’ll just need to ensure that you’re logged in (for online orders) or provide the correct account details (for phone orders) to claim points on a transaction. You won’t be able to accumulate points if you checkout as a guest, or without associated account details!.



Great news! You can collect Plus Points on all products or services at Williams Medical.



Plus Points will be valid for 12 months from the date of accumulation, so you’ll have plenty of time to save and spend. Plus Points will expire if not used during this period.



No, you’ll collect Plus Points every time you spend and there’s no limit to the amount you can collect. The more you spend, the more you’ll collect!



Your accumulated Plus Points and available rewards will be visible in your ‘Williams wallet’. You’ll just need to log-in to your account at wms.co.uk to access then you’re good to go!

*Terms and Conditions:   1. Williams Plus+ customer rewards scheme (the “Scheme”) refers to a program where a customer may receive points, discounts, or other rewards and incentives based on purchase value, volume and/or frequency. The Scheme is operated by Williams Medical Supplies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with Company Registration Number: 4240054 and with its registered office situated at Craiglas House, The Maerdy Industrial Estate, Rhymney, Tredegar, Gwent, NP22 5PY (VAT no: GB 902 9947 03) (referred to in these Terms as “Williams Medical”). These Terms are to be read in conjunction with and are supplemental to the Williams Medical General Terms & Conditions (as defined in clause 20 below). 2. Williams Medical reserves the right to alter, temporarily withdraw or terminate the Scheme at any time without notice (including rewards, eligibility and these Terms). In the event of the Scheme being terminated eligible customers will be permitted to redeem any Voucher and/or outstanding Plus Points where applicable prior to termination. 3. The Scheme is available for Primary Care customers of Williams Medical in the UK only. Corporate, Dental, Wholesale and Williams Ireland customers are not eligible for the Scheme. The Scheme also excludes eSupplies Medical and Merlin Medical customers. Williams Medical reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for the Scheme from time to time without notice. 4. All existing eligible customers are automatically enrolled into the scheme from 01 November 2024. Where eligible, new customers will be enrolled into the Scheme following the completion of two orders. Customers enrolled may opt out of the Scheme at any time by notifying Williams Medical on telephone number: 01685 846666 or via williamsplus@wms.co.uk. 5. Any abuse of the Scheme will not be tolerated and Williams Medical will take appropriate action if it deems that any Williams Plus+ account is managed in a manner which abuses the Scheme. Plus Points accumulation and redemption in the Scheme 6. 1 Plus Point will be accumulated for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases (excluding VAT) at Williams Medical. Plus Points will be applied automatically to qualifying purchases. 7. Plus Points will not be rounded up - for example, a transaction total of £8.78 will accumulate 8 Plus Points. 8. Additional Plus Points may also be accumulated through ad-hoc promotions or offers when available (such ad-hoc promotions or offers are at the sole discretion of Williams Medical). 9. Plus Points musts be redeemed within 12 months from the date of accumulation. Unused Plus Points will expire after this period. 10. Eligible customers must be logged in (for online order) or provide the correct account details (for phone order) to claim Plus Points on a transaction, Plus Points will not be accumulated if checkout is completed as a guest, or without associated account details. 11. Plus Points accumulated from separate accounts cannot be combined, and Plus Points are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged between customers and/or customer accounts. 12. Following the qualifying transaction, the Plus Points will remain ‘pending’ until the relevant order is invoiced and the return period (14 calendar days in accordance with the Williams Medical General Terms and Conditions – see clause 20 below) has passed. Any refunds or exchanges during this period will be adjusted by the Plus Points accumulated in the relevant order. 13. Plus Points may be used to activate a Williams Plus+ voucher (“Voucher”) at the customers election Voucher redemption will be based on a standard redemption rate of 100 Plus Points = £1 voucher. A minimum voucher redemption value of £25 applies. 14. Restrictions apply to pharmaceutical products – Plus Points may be accumulated when purchasing pharmaceutical products but are not redeemable (through Vouchers or any other means) against pharmaceutical products. Certain goods or services may be excluded from the Scheme. 15. Only one Voucher can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Vouchers will expire 6 months from the date of activation. 16. During Voucher redemption, order totals must exceed the Voucher value (for example, an order total must be a minimum of £25.01 when redeeming a £25 Voucher). 17. Once redeemed, Plus Points cannot be reversed or used against any other transaction. 18. Revocation of the Scheme: Where the required payment terms are not met by a customer, and/or account balances are overdue (or in the case of any other breach by the customer), Plus Points may not be redeemable (for Vouchers, products or services) until account arrears are reduced or such breach has been remedied. 19. Williams Medical reserves the right to amend the Scheme and these Terms at any time. By redeeming a Voucher, placing a qualifying order and/or participating in the Scheme, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms. 20. These Terms are for the Scheme only and as such are supplemental to the Williams Medical General Terms and Conditions which shall apply for the sale of the relevant goods and services - see: https://www.wms.co.uk/termsAndConditions In event of any conflict between these Terms and the Williams Medical General Terms and Conditions, the Williams Medical General Terms and Conditions will prevail. 21. Data Protection: by participating in the Scheme, customers agree to the collection and use of personal data (if any) in accordance with the Williams General Terms and Conditions and/or Williams Medical privacy policy. 22. The Scheme and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
