Once your Direct Debit is set up, you will receive a confirmation letter within 3 days of your account being set up to make payment by Direct Debit. You can also check your bank account to ensure the first payment is processed correctly.

• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
