A disposable sterile wound probe to aid wound assessment. Designed to enable measurement of wound depth, undermining, size and shape.

This sterile wound probe is intended to be used by healthcare professionals only to determine and assess the size of a wound.

If the opening is big enough, the wound can be probed around the edges and cavities, the depth and size noted by the cm markers. If any resistance is felt against the tissues no pressure should be applied and it should be inserted no further.
