Timesco Tough Cut Utility Scissors - Blue Blue

Timesco's tough cut scissors has excellent cutting ability and superior blade strength. The lower blade of the scissors is hooked and rounded at the lip enabling easy insertion underneath material to be cut. The lower blade also has a serration edge, this enables the material to be gripped while the top blade is brought down to shear. Supplied in single units.
